The invention relates to a hydrogen fuel 800V high-voltage system and a power-on control method, and the system comprises an 800V power battery which is used for supplying power to a whole vehicle; the 800V driving system is connected with the 800V power battery and used for obtaining power supply of the whole vehicle and driving the vehicle to run; the 800V all-in-one controller is connected with the 800V power battery and is used for electrifying and automatically pre-charging the vehicle; the bidirectional DCDC is connected with the 800V all-in-one controller and is used for mutual conversion between 800V voltage and 540V voltage; and the 540V hydrogen fuel system is connected with the bidirectional DCDC and is used for supplying power to the 800V power battery. According to the system and the method, a hydrogen fuel 800V high-voltage platform of the whole vehicle can be compatible with hydrogen fuel systems of other voltage platforms, meanwhile, each high-voltage system of the whole vehicle is normally powered on and runs, the whole process of high-voltage power on the vehicle can be controlled and dynamically adjusted in real time, and the safety and the stability of power on of the vehicle are ensured.
本发明涉及一种氢燃料800V高压系统及上电控制方法,所述系统包括:800V动力电池,用于整车的动力供应;800V驱动系统,与所述800V动力电池连接,用于获取整车的动力供应,驱动车辆进行运转;800V多合一控制器,与所述800V的动力电池进行连接,用于车辆的上电与自行预充;双向DCDC,与所述800V多合一控制器连接,用于800V和540V电压的相互转化;540V氢燃料系统,与所述双向DCDC连接,用于对所述800V动力电池进行供电。本发明不仅保证了整车氢燃料800V高压平台,能兼容其它电压平台的氢燃料系统,同时整车各高压系统正常上电及运行,而且能够对车辆上高压电的整个过程进行实时控制和动态调节,保证车辆上电的安全性和稳定性。
