The invention discloses an intelligent control method and system for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner and an intelligent cabin. The method comprises the steps that the environment inside and outside a vehicle is monitored in real time through an integrated multi-mode sensor, user behavior data are obtained and preprocessed, the preprocessed data are analyzed and fused, and a unified data set is generated; and the unified data set is learned and trained through a deep learning model, a model for recognizing environment changes and user requirements is generated, and operation parameters of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner are dynamically adjusted. The intelligent control method for the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is applied to a real vehicle, so that the vehicle has the intelligent decision-making capability, and the most energy-saving operation mode can be automatically selected according to environment parameters and user behavior data which are monitored in real time. For example, the air conditioner power is automatically reduced when the temperature difference inside and outside the vehicle is small, and the energy-saving mode is automatically switched when the user leaves the vehicle, so that the energy consumption is effectively reduced, and an environment-friendly travel mode is realized.
