The invention discloses an active/semi-active switchable electromagnetic shock absorber and a control method, and relates to the technical field of electromagnetic shock absorber design. When the driving mode is an energy-saving mode, the electromagnetic damper enters a semi-active working state, the optimal control current of the electromagnetic damper is calculated firstly, the motor current is converted into direct current through the three-phase rectifying circuit, then the buck-boost circuit is controlled to adjust the motor current, and the optimal ideal control current is tracked for damping. A part of vibration is converted into electric energy to be collected into a storage battery; when the driving mode is a comfortable mode, a pure active working state is entered, and a storage battery is used for actively controlling a motor through a three-phase inverter circuit; and when the driving mode is a comprehensive mode, entering a semi-active/active integrated working state, and performing autonomous switching of the working state according to whether the current can track the optimal ideal control current or not in the semi-active mode. According to the invention, the automobile can adapt to complex driving conditions, and the energy consumption is reduced while the vibration reduction performance is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种主动/半主动可切换式电磁减振器及控制方法,涉及电磁减振器设计技术领域。驾驶模式为节能模式时,进入半主动工作状态,首先计算得到电磁减振器的最优控制电流,通过三相整流电路将电机电流转化成直流电,随后控制升降压电路调节电机电流,追踪最优理想控制电流进行减振,并将一部分振动转化成电能进行收集到蓄电池中;驾驶模式为舒适模式时,进入纯主动工作状态,利用蓄电池通过三相逆变电路对电机进行主动控制;驾驶模式为综合模式时,进入半主动/主动一体工作状态,根据半主动模式下电流能否追踪最优理想控制电流进行工作状态的自主切换。本发明能使得汽车适应复杂的行驶条件,在保证减振性能的同时降低能量的消耗。
