In some aspects, a device of a vehicle may obtain information related to an environment in which the vehicle is located. The device may use a machine learning model to determine a driving context of the vehicle based at least in part on the information related to the environment, and to determine a set of hyper-parameters of a model for determining driving behavior of the vehicle based at least in part on the driving context. The device may determine the driving behavior of the vehicle using the model configured with the set of hyper-parameters.
