The present disclosure relates to a control device of a moving body, which adjusts a stop position of the moving body based on an instruction of a user, the control device of the moving body comprising: an instruction acquisition means that acquires instruction information of the user; an image acquisition means for acquiring a captured image captured on the moving body; a determination means that determines a stop position of the moving body; and a control means for controlling the travel of the moving body such that the moving body travels toward the determined stop position. The determination means (i) determines a first stop position using position information of a communication device used by a user or position information corresponding to a destination included in first instruction information of the user. And (ii) determine a second stop position on the basis of second instruction information from the user and a region of the predetermined object target recognized in the captured image, in accordance with a situation in which the position of the moving body is within a predetermined distance from the first stop position due to the traveling of the moving body.
