The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cell thermal management, in particular to a fuel cell thermal management system and method. The system comprises a fuel cell, a water pump, a PTC heater, an electronic thermostat valve, an intercooler, an intercooler valve, a radiator, a water tank, a fuel cell cooling liquid inlet temperature sensor, a fuel cell cooling liquid outlet temperature sensor, a radiator cooling liquid outlet temperature sensor, an environment temperature sensor, an atmospheric pressure sensor and a vehicle speed sensor. Reasonable control over the rotating speed of the fan of the fuel cell heat management system can be achieved, accurate control over the working temperature of the fuel cell can be achieved, the fuel cell efficiency is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the locomotive operation efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the influence of environment temperature, atmospheric pressure and fuel cell efficiency attenuation factors on heat management control can be solved, and the effectiveness of fuel cell heat management in the whole life cycle is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及燃料电池热管理技术领域,尤其是燃料电池热管理系统及方法。该系统包括燃料电池、水泵、PTC加热器、电子节温阀、中冷器、中冷器阀、散热器、水箱、燃料电池冷却液入口温度传感器、燃料电池冷却液出口温度传感器、散热器冷却液出口温度传感器、环境温度传感器、大气压力传感器、车速传感器;该发明可实现燃料电池热管理系统风扇转速的合理控制,可实现燃料电池工作温度的准确控制,提高燃料电池效率及使用寿命,提高机车运行效率。同时可以解决了环境温度、大气压力及燃料电池效率衰减因素对热管理控制的影响,保障了燃料电池热管理在全寿命周期的有效性。
