The invention relates to the technical field of a smart city management method based on a cloud service platform, and discloses a smart city management system and method based on the cloud service platform, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a destination and a parking application of a user through the cloud service platform, and obtaining the current position of the user and the time T needed by the user to arrive at the destination in real time; a parking area is planned according to the T and the destination position, whether free parking spaces exist in the parking area or not is retrieved, and if no free parking spaces exist, the users are listed into a waiting queue; if there is an unoccupied parking space, the parking space is distributed to the user, and the distributed parking space is marked as a first parking space; if the user does not park in the first parking space, planning a first adjustment area, and selecting an unoccupied parking space in the first adjustment area for redistribution; marking the unoccupied parking spaces which are not used for 2 after distribution as abnormal parking spaces; executing a checking strategy according to the parking condition of the abnormal parking space; according to the method, the parking efficiency of the user is improved, and the urban traffic pressure is relieved.

    本发明涉及基于云服务平台的智慧城市管理方法技术领域,且公开了一种基于云服务平台的智慧城市管理系统及方法,包括:云服务平台接收用户的目的地和停车申请,实时获取用户当前位置以及用户到达目的地所需时间T;根据T和目的地位置规划停车区域,检索停车区域内是否有空余车位,若无空余车位,将用户列入等待队列;若有空余车位,则将车位分配至用户,将分配的车位记为一号车位;若用户未在一号车位停车,则规划一号调整区域,在一号调整区域选择空余车位再次分配;将分配后未被使用次数等于2的空余车位记为异常车位;根据异常车位的停车情况执行排查策略;该方法提高了用户的停车效率,缓解了城市交通的压力。
