The invention discloses an airport comprehensive traffic management method and device based on digital twinning and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining initial airport traffic data through a data collection device preset in a target airport, and carrying out the preprocessing of the initial airport traffic data, so as to obtain airport traffic data; obtaining a digital twin model of the target airport, wherein the digital twin model comprises a physical environment model, a vehicle model and a passenger behavior model of the target airport; constructing a real-time monitoring interface of the target airport based on the digital twin model and the airport traffic data; and based on the real-time monitoring interface, traffic management is performed on the target airport, and the traffic management comprises at least one of early warning management and decision optimization. Real-time monitoring and data analysis of airport traffic are realized through a digital twinborn technology, intelligent decision making and scheduling are realized, and the efficiency and convenience of airport traffic management are improved; and the operation safety and service quality of airport traffic are guaranteed through early warning and countermeasures.
