A plurality of light isolation plates are arranged on the surface of the working face of the third small wheel, and a photoelectric switch is arranged at the preset position above the working direction of the third small wheel; the elevator traction wheel is in linkage with the first small wheel through a belt, the second small wheel is communicated with the third small wheel through a belt, and the first small wheel is communicated with the second small wheel through a linkage shaft. A preset operation distance is reserved among the elevator traction wheel, the first small wheel, the second small wheel and the third small wheel, and the first small wheel, the second small wheel and the third small wheel are arranged according to a preset diameter ratio. A pulse generator is arranged on the surface of the working face of the third small wheel, and the displacement distance of the elevator traction wheel is calculated by recording the corresponding pulse number. According to the invention, the pulse number is recorded, the data is sent to the PLC program, and finally, the analog signal is calculated and output to simulate various signal data of the shaft, so that the system detection of the elevator control cabinet is realized.
本发明涉及一种电梯控制柜检测系统,涉及电梯检测领域,包括电梯曳引轮、小轮一、小轮二、和小轮三;小轮三的作业面表面设有多个隔光板,且小轮三的作业方向上方预定位置处设有光电开关;电梯曳引轮与所述小轮一通过皮带联动,小轮二与小轮三之间通过皮带联通,且小轮一与小轮二之间通过连动轴相连通。电梯曳引轮、小轮一、小轮二和小轮三之间均留有预定的作业距离,且小轮一、小轮二、小轮三按预定直径比值排布。小轮三的作业面表面设有脉冲发生器,通过记录相应的脉冲数来计算所述电梯曳引轮的位移距离。本发明通过对脉冲数的记录,并将数据发送至PLC程序,最终计算输出模拟信号,以模拟井道的各种信号数据,进而实现对电梯控制柜的系统检测。
