The method comprises the steps that real-time charging data of a charging pile are acquired, and the real-time charging data comprise a target item and target data corresponding to the target item; according to the real-time charging data and terminal charging data, whether an error result of an error item exists in the target items or not is determined, and the terminal charging data is charging data recorded in the terminal equipment; determining a reasonable error range corresponding to an error item under the condition that the error result is that the error item exists in the target items; adjusting the error data corresponding to the error item according to the reasonable error range to obtain adjusted data; and determining whether the error term corresponding to the adjustment data is a real error term, and obtaining an error result. According to the invention, the technical problem that the determination result is inaccurate when the charging data of the charging pile is determined to have errors in the prior art is solved.
