The fault diagnosis method of the drive circuit of the relay comprises the following steps: acquiring the environment temperature of the environment where the drive circuit of the relay is located and the power supply voltage provided by a drive power supply connected with the drive circuit; determining an action threshold according to the environment temperature and the power supply voltage; a control signal is sent to the driving circuit; acquiring a feedback signal output by the driving circuit, and comparing the feedback signal with the action threshold value to judge whether the driving circuit breaks down or not; wherein the feedback signal is a signal obtained by sampling a driving signal output to a relay coil by the driving circuit according to the control signal. According to the embodiment of the invention, fault diagnosis of the relay driving circuit can be realized, the reliability of the relay control process is improved, and the running safety of the whole vehicle is improved.
