The force measuring structure comprises a plurality of segmented force measuring shells which are arranged in the axial direction of the navigation body and connected end to end. A connecting structure of two adjacent segmented force measuring shells comprises an annular boss located at one end of one segmented force measuring shell and a connecting sleeve located at one end of the other segmented force measuring shell, and the outer circumferential face of the annular boss is connected with the inner wall face of the connecting sleeve in a sealed mode. A mounting plate is arranged in the segmented force measuring shell, the mounting plate is perpendicular to the axial direction of the navigation body, a force measuring sensor is mounted on the mounting plate, and the force measuring sensor is fixedly connected with the end face of the annular boss; the force measuring sensor is used for measuring the internal force of the navigation body when the navigation body deforms at the connecting structure after being subjected to external force. The internal force of the internal structure is measured under the condition of free navigation of the navigation body, the internal force of a plurality of key positions in the free movement process of the navigation body is directly obtained, the load history in the movement process is recorded, and the real load condition of the underwater navigation body is determined.
