The invention discloses a partition diagnosis method, device and system for evaporation leakage of a hybrid electric vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps: a fuel evaporation system is divided into a large space and a small space, the large space is the whole fuel evaporation system, and the small space is a pipeline between a fuel tank isolation valve and a carbon tank flushing valve; after the engine is started, whether the high-pressure oil tank is suspected to leak or not is judged immediately; if it is judged that the high-pressure oil tank has the suspected leakage condition, a large-space diagnosis strategy is adopted for evaporation leakage diagnosis; and if it is judged that the high-pressure oil tank does not leak, a small-space diagnosis strategy is adopted for evaporation leakage diagnosis. According to the method, the large and small space partition diagnosis concept is creatively applied, small-space driving diagnosis is achieved through the vacuum degree of the intake manifold of the vehicle in the driving process, the noise problem under the idling working condition is effectively avoided, the shutdown requirement is restrained, and the fuel consumption economy and the driving feeling of the whole vehicle are improved.
本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车蒸发泄漏分区诊断方法、装置及系统,所述方法包括以下步骤:对燃油蒸发系统划分大空间和小空间,其中,大空间为整个燃油蒸发系统,小空间为油箱隔离阀到碳罐冲洗阀之间的管路;在发动机启动后,立刻判断高压油箱是否存在疑似泄漏的情况;若判断高压油箱存在疑似泄漏的情况,则采用大空间诊断策略进行蒸发泄漏的诊断;若判断高压油箱不存在泄漏,则采用小空间诊断策略进行蒸发泄漏的诊断。本发明创新性地运用了大小空间分区诊断理念,通过利用行车过程中车辆自身的进气歧管真空度,实现了小空间行车诊断,有效避免了怠速工况下的噪音问题和抑制停机需求,提升了整车油耗经济性及驾乘感受。
