The invention provides an active vibration reduction method for a vibration reduction connecting pipe. The method comprises the following steps that historical vibration information of the vibration reduction connecting pipe is obtained; constructing an active damping control model based on adaptive fuzzy reasoning, inputting historical vibration information of the vibration connecting pipe into the active damping control model for training, and obtaining a trained active damping control model; real-time vibration information of the vibration reduction connecting pipe is collected, the real-time vibration information is input into the active vibration reduction control model, and the active vibration reduction control model outputs vibration compensation force; according to the method, the control precision is high, low-frequency vibration of the naval vessel pipeline is effectively restrained, the requirement for vibration reduction and isolation in the multi-working-condition excitation and complex stress state can be met, and therefore the vibration isolation effect of an existing naval vessel vibration reduction connecting pipe is improved.

    本发明提出了一种减振接管主动减振方法,包括以下步骤:获取减振接管的历史振动信息;基于自适应模糊推理构建主动减震控制模型,将振接管的历史振动信息输入至主动减震控制模型中进行训练,获得训练后的主动减震控制模型;采集减振接管的实时振动信息,将实时振动信息输入至主动减震控制模型中,主动减震控制模型输出振动补偿力;将振动补偿力发送至动作单元,执行动作补偿抵消外部振动,该方法控制精度高,有效抑制舰艇管路低频振动,能够适应多工况激励及复杂应力状态下的减隔振需求,从而提高了现有舰艇减振接管隔振效果。
