The invention relates to a railway vehicle air spring, an auxiliary spring and a secondary suspension device. The railway vehicle air spring comprises an upper vulcanization plate, an air bag, a lower vulcanization part, an inflation connector, a one-way valve and a friction block. The friction block is fixed on the lower vulcanization part; the two ends of the upper vulcanizing plate are connected with the two upper ends of the air bag respectively, the two ends of the lower vulcanizing part are connected with the two lower ends of the air bag respectively, and the upper vulcanizing plate, the air bag and the lower vulcanizing part are vulcanized, crosslinked and sealed to form an integrated structure through vulcanization; sealing ribs formed through vulcanization are arranged at the two upper end parts of the air bag and are used for sealing connection between the air bag and an upper cover plate connected with a vehicle body; the inflation interface is arranged on the lower vulcanization part and is used for inflating the interior of the air bag; the one-way valve is arranged in the inflation connector and used for guaranteeing that air flows from the outside of the air bag to the inside of the air bag in a one-way mode and meanwhile preventing the air from reversely flowing back.
