The invention discloses a steel crane beam jacking in-place device which comprises an n-shaped seat, transverse plates are fixed to the bottom ends of the two sides of the n-shaped seat, electric hydraulic cylinders are fixed to the top walls of the transverse plates, adjusting mechanisms are fixed to the top ends of the electric hydraulic cylinders, supporting mechanisms for supporting a steel crane beam are installed at the tops of the adjusting mechanisms, and clamping mechanisms are fixed to the top wall of the n-shaped seat. A top plate is fixed to the top of the clamping mechanism, and a servo motor used for driving the clamping mechanism is fixed to the top wall of the top plate. The front-back position of the steel crane beam can be adjusted through the arranged adjusting mechanism, the arranged rotating roller can conveniently push the steel crane beam to move left and right, and after the steel crane beam is adjusted, the electric hydraulic cylinder can be controlled to contract until the two ends of the steel crane beam are in lap joint with the corresponding brackets correspondingly; and therefore, the position of the steel crane beam can be quickly and conveniently adjusted, the operation is quick and convenient, and time and labor are saved.

    本发明公开了一种钢吊车梁顶升就位装置,包括安装n形座,n形座两侧底端均固定有横板,横板顶壁固定有电动液压缸,电动液压缸顶端固定有调节机构,调节机构顶部安装有对钢吊车梁进行支撑的支撑机构,n形座顶壁固定有夹持机构,夹持机构顶部固定有顶板,顶板顶壁固定有用于驱动夹持机构的伺服电机,本发明涉及钢吊车梁安装设备技术领域;本发明通过设置的调节机构能够对钢吊车梁进行前后位置的调节,设置的转动辊能够方便推动钢吊车梁左右移动,对钢吊车梁调节完毕后能够控制电动液压缸收缩,直至钢吊车梁两端分别搭接在对应的牛腿上,从而能够快速便捷的将钢吊车梁的位置进行调整,快速便捷,省时省力。
