The invention relates to a bridge crane hoisting operation obstacle avoidance method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring transverse movement data of a crane cart to obtain X-axis data, and acquiring vertical movement data of a crane trolley to obtain Y-axis data; the hoisting weight data of the crane and the height data of a hook head of the crane are collected, and the longitudinal height data of the crane passing through an obstacle is obtained to obtain Z-axis data; and establishing a three-dimensional space by taking the obstacle as an original point and taking the X-axis data, the Y-axis data and the Z-axis data as three axes which are perpendicular to one another, and in response to the situation that the crane is driven to the original point position, reminding an operator and enabling the crane to stop running. In addition, the invention further relates to a device for avoiding obstacles during object lifting operation of the bridge crane.     本发明涉及一种桥式起重机吊物运行避障方法,包括:采集起重机大车横向移动数据以获得X轴数据,并采集起重机小车竖向移动数据以获得Y轴数据;采集起重机吊运重量数据并采集起重机钩头高度数据,获得起重机通过障碍物的纵向高度数据以得到Z轴数据;以障碍物为原点,X轴数据、Y轴数据和Z轴数据作为相互垂直的三轴建立立体空间,并响应于起重机开至原点位置,向操作人员提醒并使起重机停止运行。此外,本发明还涉及一种桥式起重机吊物运行避障装置。通过本发明的技术方案,本发明可以避免起重机在吊运物品时与地面建筑物、物资、设备、栏杆等发生碰撞,对桥式起重机实施主动碰撞干预,确保起重机安全、稳定运行。
