The method has the advantages that the transformed new ladder is assembled and debugged in a factory, and only hoisting and splicing work is carried out on site, so that the transformation of the original ladder is simpler, and the efficiency is higher; and meanwhile, the influence of original elevator transformation on shopping mall operation is reduced to the minimum, and the damage to buildings and building decorations is reduced to the minimum.
