The invention discloses a cantilever type guide rail for an aviation airplane wheel and an optimization method of the cantilever type guide rail, and belongs to the technical field of aviation brake airplane wheels. The two ends of the cantilever type guide rail are positioning ends, the positioning end at one end is fixed to the inner wall face of the hub cylinder wall through a bolt, and the positioning end at the other end is installed in a hub guide rail installation hole. The guide rail between the two ends is of a flat plate structure, the molded surface, facing the inner wall face of the hub, of the guide rail is tightly attached to the inner wall face of the hub for positioning, and a movable disc assembly mounting face is arranged on the plane facing the center shaft of the hub. The movable disc assembly is matched with the guide rail to transmit braking torque, and braking of the aviation airplane wheel is achieved. The cantilever type guide rail is optimized by optimizing the contact surface length of the guide rail and the movable disc steel clamp, the width of the guide rail and the distance from the center line of the contact surface of the movable disc steel clamp and the guide rail to the neutral surface of the guide rail. The lightweight design of the brake airplane wheel structure is achieved, and the assembly efficiency and the external field use and maintenance efficiency of the brake airplane wheel structure are improved.

    本发明一种航空机轮用悬臂式导轨及其优化方法,属于航空刹车机轮技术领域;所述悬臂式导轨的两端为定位端,其中一端的定位端通过螺栓固定于轮毂筒壁的内壁面,另一端的定位端安装于轮毂导轨安装孔内;两端之间的导轨为平板结构,其朝向轮毂内壁面的型面与轮毂内壁面贴紧定位,朝向轮毂中心轴的平面上设有动盘组件安装面;动盘组件通过配合导轨传递刹车力矩,实现航空机轮的制动。通过优化导轨与动盘钢夹接触面长度、导轨宽度、动盘钢夹与导轨接触面中线到导轨中性面的距离,完成对悬臂式导轨的优化。本发明实现了刹车机轮结构的轻量化设计,提升其装配和外场使用维护效率。
