The invention provides an active and passive damping device based on predictive decoupling control and a control method.The active and passive damping device comprises an upper platform, a middle platform and a lower platform, the middle platform and the lower platform are connected through a plurality of passive dampers, and high-frequency vibration generated when a ship shakes is eliminated through the passive dampers; the middle platform is connected with the upper platform for placing the ship fuel cell through the telescopic servo rods, the pose after a period of time is predicted according to the real-time pose of the middle platform, and the telescopic servo rods are driven to stretch or retract to compensate pose offset caused by low-frequency vibration, so that the upper platform is kept at the target pose all the time. The active and passive vibration reduction devices compensate control delay caused by time lag through advanced prediction and advanced control, and therefore a better vibration reduction effect is achieved.
本发明提供了一种基于预测解耦控制的主被动减振装置及控制方法,包括:上平台、中平台和下平台,中平台与下平台通过多个被动减振器连接,船舶晃动时产生的高频振动经被动减振器消除,中平台与放置船舶燃料电池的上平台通过伸缩伺服杆连接,根据中平台的实时位姿预测一段时间后的位姿,并驱动各个伸缩伺服杆进行伸长或缩回动作来补偿低频振动造成的位姿偏移,使上平台始终维持在目标位姿处,主被动减振装置通过提前预测,提前控制,补偿了时滞造成的控制延迟,从而实现更好的减振效果。
