The method comprises the steps that all the modules are prefabricated in a factory, all the modules are connected in sequence and assembled in a temporary sea area with the proper water depth, and the assembled and integrated multi-type combined floating type wind power foundation is towed to a preset installation sea area. According to the modular design, the technical advantages of a stand column type foundation and a semi-submersible type floating foundation are combined, and the modular floating foundation has the advantages of being convenient to construct and install, high in safety and durability, stable in structure and capable of saving steel consumption.
