The invention discloses a steel rail grinding train emergency running control system which comprises an emergency system and a control system. A normally open contact of the emergency system and network system power supply change-over switch is connected in series with an indicator lamp in the power supply change-over switch, a coil of a diesel engine emergency power supply control relay, a coil of a diesel engine emergency speed regulation and transmission case oil charge power supply control relay and a control end of a reduction gearbox tooth disengaging emergency micro-motor car control delay relay. And an indicator lamp in the power supply change-over switch is connected in parallel with a coil of the diesel engine emergency power supply control relay, a coil of the diesel engine emergency speed regulation and transmission case oil charge power supply control relay and a control end of the reduction gearbox tooth disengaging emergency micro-motor car control delay relay. And the normally closed contact of the emergency system and network system power supply change-over switch is connected in series with the network system. The technical problems that an existing emergency walking control system cannot be completely separated from a network, and safety and reliability are not high can be solved.
