The invention relates to the technical field of ultra-high-speed magnetic suspension of low-vacuum pipelines, in particular to an assembly type magnetic suspension pipeline structure and a construction method of the assembly type magnetic suspension pipeline structure. The fabricated magnetic suspension pipeline structure comprises a bottom beam, the bottom beam comprises a concrete body, a first FRP plate and a second FRP plate, the concrete body is provided with a groove, the first FRP plate covers the outer circumferential face of the concrete body, and the second FRP plate covers the inner groove wall of the groove; and the arc-shaped pipe piece stretches across the groove and is connected with the concrete main body, so that a channel is formed by the arc-shaped pipe piece and the bottom beam. The assembly type magnetic suspension pipeline structure is convenient to install, the assembly and use cost can be effectively reduced, the influence on communication signals can be reduced, and the stability of the communication signals can be kept.

    本发明涉及低真空管道超高速磁悬浮技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种装配式磁悬浮管道结构和装配式磁悬浮管道结构施工方法。装配式磁悬浮管道结构,包括:底梁,所述底梁包括混凝土主体、第一FRP板以及第二FRP板,所述混凝土主体配置有凹槽,所述第一FRP板覆于所述混凝土主体的外周面,所述第二FRP板覆于所述凹槽的内槽壁;以及弧形管片,所述弧形管片横跨所述凹槽并与所述混凝土主体连接,以与所述底梁共同形成通道。该装配式磁悬浮管道结构安装方便,能够有效降低装配以及使用成本,而且能够降低对通信信号的影响,有利于保持通信信号的稳定。
