The uphill starting method comprises the steps that a first working signal of an ABS detection system, a second working signal of a parking detection system and a third working signal of an inclination detection system are obtained; judging whether the vehicle is in a hill starting condition according to the first working signal, the second working signal and the third working signal; and under the condition that the vehicle is in the hill starting working condition, a hill starting system is activated according to a pedal signal of the vehicle and the engine rotating speed of the vehicle. According to the technical scheme, the driving experience of a driver is improved, and false triggering of the slope starting system is avoided.
