The invention discloses an anti-overspeed brake control system for a mining vehicle engine, which is characterized in that a CAN (Controller Area Network) module acquires and outputs a vehicle speed signal and an engine rotating speed signal; the ADC module obtains a brake pedal opening signal, an accelerator pedal opening signal, a vehicle attitude sensor signal and a vehicle load sensor signal, and outputs the signals after analog-to-digital conversion; the ROM program memory module stores a control program algorithm; the RAM data memory module obtains signals output by the CAN module and the ADC module and stores the signals as to-be-processed signal data; the CPU calls a control program algorithm to process to-be-processed signal data when the system is started, determines a braking demand and outputs the braking demand to the CAN module; the CANs module outputs an instruction according to the braking requirement to instruct a corresponding controller to work so as to control the rotating speed of an engine; the function switch can switch on and off the system; the power module provides power voltage. According to the invention, the combination of retarder braking, engine braking and drive-by-wire service braking can be adopted according to the working condition of the vehicle in the mining area to prevent overspeed.

    本发明公开了一种矿用车辆发动机防超速制动控制系统,其中,CAN模块获取车速信号、发动机转速信号输出;ADC模块获取制动踏板开度信号、加速踏板开度信号、车辆姿态传感器信号、车辆载重传感器信号进行模数转换后输出;ROM程序存储器模块存储控制程序算法;RAM数据存储器模块获取CAN模块和ADC模块输出的信号作为待处理信号数据存储;CPU在系统开启时调用控制程序算法对待处理信号数据处理,确定制动需求向CAN模块输出;CANs模块根据制动需求输出指令指示对应控制器工作以控制发动机转速;功能开关可开关系统;电源模块提供电源电压。本发明能根据矿区车辆工况采取缓速器制动、发动机制动及线控行车制动的结合以防超速。
