Comprising the following steps: obstacle identification; selecting a mode; whether the drive-by-wire mechanical brake assist EMBA is triggered or not is judged. By the adoption of the drive-by-wire mechanical brake auxiliary control strategy based on electronic mechanical brake, the EMBA is changed from traditional detection of the pressure change gradient of the main cylinder to detection of the brake pedal stroke change gradient and the change gradient of the pedal angle sensor, transmission of electric control signals is faster than transmission of hydraulic changes, and arbitration time is shortened. The danger degree of an emergency situation is calculated by using distance, vehicle speed and acceleration information collected by the ADAS system, the acceleration is converted into clamping force of a wheel end in real time, the braking response speed is increased, larger braking deceleration can be provided instantaneously, and the braking distance is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种基于电子机械制动的线控机械制动辅助控制策略,属于电控制动技术领域。包括以下步骤:障碍物识别;模式选择;是否触发线控机械制动辅助EMBA。本发明采用上述的一种基于电子机械制动的线控机械制动辅助控制策略,将EMBA由传统的检测主缸压力变化梯度改为检测制动踏板行程变化梯度和踏板角度传感器的变化梯度,电控信号的传递比液压变化的传递更快,缩短了仲裁的时间。使用ADAS系统采集到的距离,车速,加速度信息,推算紧急情况的危险程度,并将加速度实时转化为轮端的夹紧力,制动响应速度变快,能够瞬时提供更大的制动减速度,缩短制动距离。
