    本发明公开了一种冷板浸没组合式散热缓冲系统,属于散热系统技术领域,包括,冷板部件;容器,所述容器内部填充有非导电介质,所述冷板部件浸泡于所述非导电介质中并通过所述非导电介质热交换;水冷却循环系统,包括水箱以及土壤,所述冷板部件与所述水冷却循环系统相连用于热量从所述冷板部件传输至水箱;其中,所述水箱埋设于土壤中,供存储循环水并通过土壤调节温度,所述水箱的顶部还设置有移动散热机构,通过所述移动散热机构调整所述冷板部件在所述容器中的位置,使得所述冷板部件能够在所述非导电介质中调整热交换位置,提高热交换散热效率和效果,同时也能够加快与所述水箱的热交换效率。
