The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted air conditioner energy saving, in particular to a vehicle-mounted air conditioner energy saving method based on a new energy electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps: monitoring environmental parameters in the vehicle through a sensor group in the new energy electric vehicle, and controlling a compressor to compress a refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas according to the environmental parameters; a condenser is used for cooling the high-temperature and high-pressure gas so as to output high-pressure liquid, and a thermostatic expansion valve is used for feeding the high-pressure liquid into an evaporator so as to output cooling air; the refrigerant flow of a condenser is determined according to the energy-saving state of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner; the wind speed of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is adjusted according to the average humidity of the surface of the evaporator; the control signal compensation amount of the thermostatic expansion valve is adjusted for the first time according to the response delay duration of the thermostatic expansion valve; and secondary adjustment is conducted on the control signal compensation amount of the thermostatic expansion valve based on the opening duration proportion of the thermostatic expansion valve. According to the invention, the energy-saving effectiveness of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is improved.

    本发明涉及车载空调节能技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于新能源电动汽车的车载空调节能方法,包括以下步骤:通过新能源电动汽车内部的传感器组对车内的环境参数进行监测,根据所述环境参数控制压缩机将制冷剂压缩为高温高压气体;使用冷凝器对所述高温高压气体进行冷却以输出高压液体,使用热力膨胀阀将所述高压液体送入蒸发器以输出冷却空气;根据所述车载空调的节能状态确定冷凝器的制冷剂流量;根据所述蒸发器表面的平均湿度调节车载空调的风速;根据热力膨胀阀的响应延迟时长初次调节热力膨胀阀的控制信号补偿量;基于热力膨胀阀的开启时长占比对热力膨胀阀的控制信号补偿量进行二次调节。本发明实现了对于车载空调的节能有效性的提高。
