The invention discloses an inorganic composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a preparation method of an inorganic composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing alpha-SiC particles, alpha-SiC fibers and phenolic resin, performing spray drying to obtain spherical particles, pressing the spherical particles into a biscuit, and distributing silicon particles on and under the biscuit for siliconizing treatment. Under the action of high temperature, melt silicon permeates into a biscuit through gaps, holes are filled to form a continuous silicon phase, a sintered compact is formed, organic matter such as phenolic resin is carbonized into carbon powder, and secondary SiC (beta-SiC) is generated after the carbon powder reacts with silicon to be connected with original SiC. Therefore, the structure is composed of four phases, namely the alpha-SiC, the alpha-SiC fibers, the beta-SiC and the silicon phase, the beta-SiC and the silicon phase are a newly generated connecting phase and a gap filling phase, the density and the mechanical property of the composite material are improved through the microstructure, and the macroscopic uniformity of the material is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种无机复合材料、其制备方法及应用。本发明提供了一种无机复合材料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将α‑SiC颗粒与α‑SiC纤维以及酚醛树脂混合均匀,喷雾干燥成球形颗粒,压成素坯,把硅颗粒布放在素坯上、下进行渗硅处理。高温作用下,熔体硅通过空隙渗入素坯中,填充孔洞形成连续硅相,形成烧结致密体,酚醛树脂等有机物炭化成碳粉,与硅反应后生成次生SiC(β‑SiC)连接原有SiC。因而,组织由四种物相组成,即:α‑SiC、α‑SiC纤维、β‑SiC和硅相,其中β‑SiC和硅相是新生成的连接相和空隙填充相,这种微观结构提高了复合材料的密度和力学性能,更是提高了材料的宏观均匀性。
