The invention relates to the technical field of engineering equipment control, and discloses a landing leg posture control method and system for hoisting equipment, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a landing leg regulation and control instruction for target hoisting equipment, and constructing a landing leg counterforce optimization target function of the target hoisting equipment by taking the maximum comprehensive landing leg counterforce as an optimization target; based on a numerical simulation method, rotary table gravity parameters of the target hoisting equipment are obtained; setting a landing leg counter-force constraint condition of the landing leg counter-force optimization objective function; on the basis of the rotary table gravity parameters, under the landing leg counter-force constraint condition, optimizing and solving the landing leg counter-force optimization target function, and outputting optimal landing leg posture parameters of all landing legs of the target hoisting equipment; and the posture of each supporting leg of the target hoisting equipment is adjusted by adopting the optimal supporting leg posture parameters, so that the technical problem of how to improve the stability of the hoisting equipment is solved.

    本发明涉及工程设备控制技术领域,公开了一种吊装设备的支腿姿态控制方法和系统,响应对目标吊装设备的支腿调控指令,以综合支腿反力最大为优化目标构建目标吊装设备的支腿反力优化目标函数;基于数值模拟法,获取目标吊装设备的转台重力参数;设置支腿反力优化目标函数的支腿反力约束条件;基于转台重力参数,在支腿反力约束条件下,对支腿反力优化目标函数进行寻优求解,输出目标吊装设备的各支腿的最优支腿姿态参数;采用最优支腿姿态参数对目标吊装设备的各支腿的姿态进行调整,解决了如何提高吊装设备稳定性的技术问题。
