The embodiment of the invention relates to an instrument landing system guided unmanned aerial vehicle approach verification flight method and system, and the method comprises the steps: enabling an airborne instrument landing navigation receiver on an unmanned aerial vehicle verification system to give a course and glide offset signal, and enabling the course and glide offset signal to be connected into an automatic driving system of an unmanned aerial vehicle platform; a course correction angle of the unmanned aerial vehicle is obtained by calculating a course offset signal, a track inclination angle correction amount of the unmanned aerial vehicle is obtained by calculating a glide offset signal, and the course correction angle and the track inclination angle correction amount are introduced into an unmanned aerial vehicle flight control system, so that approaching flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle tracking instrument landing system guide signal is realized.
