The invention discloses an aviation hybrid propulsion system which comprises an energy management control module and at least one hybrid module, and a dual-redundancy bus is arranged between the energy management control module and the hybrid module. The hybrid module comprises a mechanical energy module, a battery energy storage module, a power conversion unit, a power distribution unit and at least one power generation module. The mechanical energy module is connected with the energy management control module and the power generation module. The power generation module is connected with the energy management control module and the power distribution unit. The battery energy storage module is connected with the electricity conversion unit and the energy management control module, the electricity conversion unit is connected with the power distribution unit, and the power distribution unit is connected with an electric propulsion assembly; the mechanical energy module drives the electric conversion unit and the battery energy storage module to supply electric energy to the electric propulsion assembly independently or jointly; the energy management control module is used for sending a control instruction to the hybrid module; according to the aviation hybrid propulsion system, an independent dual-redundancy framework, dual engines, dual generators, dual high-voltage power distribution, multiple motors and a dual-redundancy control bus are adopted, the system has no single-point fault risk, and safe and reliable operation of the system is guaranteed.
