The transmission mechanism comprises a steering engine rocker arm, a connecting rod and a rudder angle; the steering engine rocker arm is connected to an output rotating shaft of the steering engine; the rudder angle is fixedly connected to the control plane; the connecting rod is rotationally connected between the steering engine rocker arm and the rudder angle. The connecting line BA of the rotating center B of the steering engine rocker arm and the rotating center A of the control plane is located in the horizontal middle plane of the airfoil body, and the driving assembly forms a parallel double-crank mechanism. The driving assembly has the beneficial effects of being good in transmission stability and high in transmission efficiency.
