The invention relates to a full-width superstructure segmented construction and total assembly positioning method, which comprises the following steps of: dividing a superstructure segment into an enclosure bulkhead sheet body, a deck sheet body and longitudinal and transverse bulkhead sheet bodies during construction, and reversely constructing and folding by taking the deck sheet body as a base plane; and before welding and after welding, three-dimensional data of the built-up segments are collected and matched with theoretical three-dimensional data of the built-up segments, analysis is conducted, and deviation values are found out and adjusted. During total assembly, the linear bed mould at the corresponding head, middle and tail positions of the upper building subsection is welded and then is lifted to the door-shaped frame after being removed from the bed mould; turning over and normally placing the superstructure section on the ground, and adjusting the levelness of the superstructure section; and carrying the upper-layer subsection above the upper-layer subsection to form an upper-layer block, and carrying out three-dimensional precision measurement. According to the method, three-dimensional data are collected before and after welding, deviation is found out and adjusted, the construction precision of the overbuilt section is guaranteed, on the basis, the linear bed mould is adopted for hoisting together, the deck casting potential of the overbuilt section is guaranteed, and the overbuilt section is prevented from deforming in the hoisting process.

    本发明涉及一种全宽型上建分段建造及总组定位方法,建造时将上建分段划分为围壁片体、甲板片体和纵横隔舱壁片体,以甲板片体为基面反造合拢;焊接前和焊接后分别进行上建分段的三维数据采集,分别与上建分段的理论三维数据进行匹配、分析,找出偏差值并进行调整。总组时,上建分段对应首中尾位置处线型胎板焊接后脱胎吊至门型架上;将上建分段翻身正态搁置在地面并调整水平度;在上建分段的上方进行上层分段搭载形成上建总段,进行三维精度测量。本发明在焊接前后进行三维数据的采集,找出偏差进行调整,保证了上建分段的建造精度,在此基础上采用线型胎板一同吊装保证了上建分段的甲板抛势,防止吊装过程中上建分段发生变形。
