The invention provides a floating type liquefaction transfer platform adopting negative pressure adsorption, which comprises a floating platform, a liquid transmission system, a negative pressure adsorption stabilizing system and a collision protection system, and is characterized in that the floating platform is used for supporting the liquid transmission system and the negative pressure adsorption stabilizing system; the liquid conveying system is fixed on the floating platform and is used for conveying liquid to a transport ship; the negative pressure adsorption stabilizing system is connected between the floating platform and the transport ship and is used for compensating the wave impact on the floating platform in real time; the collision protection system is arranged on the floating platform and used for preventing the floating platform from colliding with the carrying ship or the transport ship. The platform can be quickly constructed and disassembled at wharfs with various areas, and is far away from the wharfs during use, so that the occupation rate of the platform on wharf resources is very small, and the platform is provided with a winch and a plurality of transmission pipelines, so that different liquids can be synchronously transmitted according to use requirements.
