The invention discloses a vehicle drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system, a control method and a vehicle body arrangement structure. The vehicle drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system comprises a first module, a second module and a hydraulic connecting pipeline connected between the first module and the second module. The first module comprises a piston input rod and a brake master cylinder fixedly connected with a brake pedal. The second module comprises a plurality of wheel side braking pipelines and a pressurizing mechanism, wherein the wheel side braking pipelines communicate with a plurality of wheel side braking calipers correspondingly, and the pressurizing mechanism is connected with the wheel side braking pipelines and can guide braking liquid into the wheel side braking calipers through the wheel side braking pipelines for drive-by-wire hydraulic braking. The hydraulic connecting pipeline comprises a hydraulic pipeline which is connected with the multiple wheel side brake pipelines and can guide brake fluid of the brake master cylinder into the multiple wheel side brake calipers through the multiple wheel side brake pipelines for mechanical backup brake. According to the system designed by the invention, the occupied space is reduced, and the space arrangement of the whole vehicle is facilitated. And meanwhile, the cost of the integrated brake boosting module can be reduced conveniently through modular and universal manufacturing.
本发明公开了一种车辆线控液压制动系统、控制方法及车身布置结构,包括第一模块、第二模块和连接于第一模块与第二模块之间的液压连接管路;所述第一模块包括活塞输入杆与制动踏板固定连接的制动主缸;所述第二模块包括分别与多个轮边制动卡钳连通的多条轮边制动管路和与多条所述轮边制动管路连接、可将制动液通过多条所述轮边制动管路导入多个所述轮边制动卡钳进行线控液压制动的增压机构;所述液压连接管路包括与多条所述轮边制动管路连接、可将所述制动主缸的制动液通过多条所述轮边制动管路导入多个所述轮边制动卡钳进行机械备份制动的液压管路。本发明所设计的系统减少了占位空间,便于整车的空间布置。同时模块化、通用化制造便于降低集成式制动助力模块的成本。
