According to the invention, the heating rate of the battery can be improved, a rotating air gap magnetic field formed by three-phase current and an eddy current generated between the fixed permanent magnet rotor are greatly reduced, overheating demagnetization of the permanent magnet of the motor rotor caused by the eddy current is avoided, electromagnetic noise can be remarkably reduced, and the safety of a vehicle in the battery heating process is ensured at the same time.
