The invention provides a battery thermal runaway treatment method and system and an electric vehicle. The treatment method comprises the steps that a cooling cold spray head corresponding to a battery point with abnormal temperature is controlled to spray out flame-retardant refrigerating fluid; and disconnecting the access of the battery arranged at the temperature abnormal battery point. When the battery is in thermal runaway, accurate cooling is performed, and battery access is cut off, so that a thermal runaway event is handled, and spontaneous combustion of a battery unit is avoided.
本发明提供一种电池热失控处理方法、系统及电动汽车,其中处理方法包括:控制温度异常电池点对应的降温冷喷头喷出阻燃冷冻液;断开设置在温度异常电池点的电池的接入。本发明在电池热失控时,进行精准降温,并断开电池接入,以处理热失控事件,避免发展为电池单元自燃。
