The invention discloses an electric energy metering system based on a charging pile and a charging planning method. The electric energy metering system comprises an electric quantity monitoring module, a trip computer, a user terminal, a vehicle positioning module, the charging pile and a server. The electric quantity monitoring module is used for acquiring real-time electric quantity information of a vehicle and sending the electric quantity information to the trip computer; the vehicle positioning module is used for acquiring real-time position information of a vehicle and sending the position information to the trip computer; and the trip computer is used for receiving various information of the vehicle, and enabling the vehicle which completes rapid charging to leave in time by acquiring the remaining electric quantity information of the vehicle and the charging state information of the vehicle in advance, so that the charging pile is always in an efficient charging state in a queuing state, and charging congestion is avoided. The electric energy metering system based on the charging pile and the charging planning method provided by the invention have the effects of planning the electric quantity of the vehicle and balancing the charging efficiency so as to avoid charging congestion.

    本发明公开了一种基于充电桩的电能计量系统及充电规划方法,包括电量监控模块、行车电脑、用户终端、车辆定位模块、充电桩和服务器;所述电量监控模块,用于获取车辆的实时电量信息,并将电量信息发送至所述行车电脑;所述车辆定位模块,用于获取车辆的实时位置信息,并将位置信息发送至所述行车电脑;所述行车电脑,用于接收车辆各种信息,通过提前获取车辆剩余电量信息以及车辆充电状态信息,让完成快速充电的车辆及时离开,使得充电桩在排队状态时,始终处于高效充电状态,避免发送充电拥堵。本发明提供的基于充电桩的电能计量系统及充电规划方法具有规划车辆电量与平衡充电效率,以避免发生充电拥堵的效果。
