A charging socket is electrically connected with a BMS module, the BMS module is in communication with an EVCC module, a whole vehicle control module and a high-voltage power distribution module, the EVCC module is in communication with the charging socket, and the whole vehicle control module is in communication with the high-voltage power distribution module; charging requirements of different charging standards and different charging modes can be identified, a charging request is converted into a charging signal of the power battery management system through the EVCC module, the charging signal is converted by the whole vehicle control module, and control requests are sent to the high-voltage power distribution module according to different charging modes; high-voltage contactor actions of different charging control loops are completed, and the current charging control loop is entered.
