The invention discloses a mine truck front overhang cylinder connecting structure which comprises a frame cross beam, a front overhang cylinder, a shear key, a front overhang cylinder mounting seat and a bolt, a cross beam connecting plane is arranged on the side portion of the frame cross beam, the cross beam connecting plane is provided with a horizontally-arranged cross beam key groove and a plurality of stepped threaded holes, and the stepped threaded holes are of stepped hole structures; the front suspension cylinder mounting seat comprises a mounting seat body and an annular reinforcing rib, an arc-shaped plate is arranged on the outer side of the mounting seat body, mounting seat flanges are connected to the two sides of the back face of the arc-shaped plate respectively, flange key grooves are formed in the backs of the mounting seat flanges, the annular reinforcing rib is connected into an arc-shaped groove in the lower portion of the arc-shaped plate, and shear keys are mounted in the flange key grooves and the cross beam key grooves. A cylinder barrel of the front suspension cylinder is in welded connection with an inner hole of the annular reinforcing rib and the arc-shaped plate; bolts penetrate through the flange through holes and the straight holes to be connected to the threaded holes. The invention further discloses a connecting method of the mine truck front overhang cylinder. The service life of the front suspension cylinder can be effectively prolonged, and the connection reliability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种矿用车前悬缸的连接结构,包括:车架横梁、前悬缸、剪切键、前悬缸安装座、螺栓,车架横梁在侧部设置有横梁连接平面,横梁连接平面设置有水平布置的横梁键槽和多个阶梯螺纹孔,阶梯螺纹孔为阶梯孔结构;前悬缸安装座包括:安装座本体、环形加强筋,安装座本体外侧设置有弧形板,弧形板背面两侧分别连接有安装座法兰,安装座法兰背部设置有法兰键槽,环形加强筋连接在弧形板下部的弧形凹槽内,剪切键安装在法兰键槽、横梁键槽内;前悬缸的缸筒与环形加强筋的内孔、弧形板焊接连接;螺栓穿过法兰通孔、直孔连接在螺纹孔上。本发明还公开了一种矿用车前悬缸的连接方法。本发明能够有效提高前悬缸的使用寿命,提高连接的可靠性。
