An intercooler working medium side outlet communicates with a third end of the working medium processing unit; a fourth end of the working medium processing unit communicates with an inlet of the heat exchanger; one path cools the generator through the main cooler and the generator cooler, and then the other path is converged in the working medium processing unit to absorb heat and then flows back to the heat exchanger. The compactness and the lightweight degree of the thermal power generation system for the ship are improved.
