The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic information, and discloses an expressway vehicle longitudinal track reconstruction method, which comprises the following steps: S1, collecting ETC data of a target road section and GPS data of two passengers and one risk, preprocessing the data, and extracting vehicle speed characteristics under different space-time dimensions; s2, aiming at a data missing condition, constructing a vehicle instantaneous speed estimation model based on an XGBoost algorithm, and estimating a vehicle instantaneous speed under a specific space-time condition; s3, evaluating the error of the vehicle instantaneous speed estimation model, and fitting the probability distribution of the error; and S4, using the vehicle instantaneous speed estimation result and the error as an observation value and observation noise, and using an improved particle filter algorithm to complete the reconstruction of the vehicle longitudinal trajectory. According to the method for reconstructing the longitudinal track of the highway vehicle, the limitation of the existing track reconstruction method in the aspects of data missing and noise processing is effectively overcome, and a track reconstruction result with higher precision and robustness is provided.

    本发明属于智能交通信息技术领域,公开了一种高速公路车辆纵向轨迹重建方法,包括:S1.采集目标路段的ETC数据和“两客一危”GPS数据,对数据进行预处理,并提取不同时空维度下的车辆速度特征;S2.针对数据缺失情况,基于XGBoost算法构建车辆瞬时速度估计模型,估计特定时空条件下的车辆瞬时速度;S3.对车辆瞬时速度估计模型的误差进行评价,并对计误差的概率分布进行拟合;S4.将车辆瞬时速度估计结果及误差作为观测值和观测噪声,使用改进粒子滤波算法完成车辆纵向轨迹的重建。本发明的高速公路车辆纵向轨迹重建方法有效克服了现有轨迹重建方法在数据缺失和噪声处理方面的局限性,提供了更高精度和鲁棒性的轨迹重建结果。
