The invention discloses an electric vehicle two-gear transmission using a duplex planetary composite gear train. The electric vehicle two-gear transmission comprises a driving motor, a first speed reducer, the duplex planetary composite gear train, a second speed reducer, a differential mechanism, a multi-disc friction clutch, a controllable one-way clutch, a first intermediate shaft, a second intermediate shaft and the like. The torque output by the driving motor is transmitted to a planet carrier of the duplex planet compound gear train after passing through the first speed reducer; the planet carrier can be connected with the first intermediate shaft through a plurality of friction clutches; the controllable one-way clutch is used for connecting the first intermediate shaft and the shell; two sun gears of the duplex planetary compound gear train are fixedly connected with the first intermediate shaft and the second intermediate shaft respectively; and the torque after gear shifting of the duplex planetary compound gear train is transmitted to the differential mechanism through the second speed reducer. According to the two-gear transmission, seven states of first-gear driving, second-gear driving, neutral gear, first-gear regenerative braking, second-gear regenerative braking, reverse running and parking braking can be achieved by controlling the multiple friction clutches and the controllable one-way clutch.

    本发明公开了一种使用双联行星复合轮系的电动汽车两挡变速器,包括驱动电机、第一减速器、双联行星复合轮系、第二减速器、差速器、多片摩擦离合器、可控单向离合器、第一中间轴、第二中间轴等。驱动电机输出的转矩经第一减速器后传递至双联行星复合轮系的行星架上;多片摩擦离合器可实现行星架与第一中间轴的连接;可控单向离合器用于连接第一中间轴与壳体;双联行星复合轮系的两个太阳轮分别与第一中间轴与第二中间轴固定连接;经双联行星复合轮系换挡后的转矩经第二减速器传递至差速器上。所述两挡变速器通过控制多片摩擦离合器与可控单向离合器,即可实现一挡驱动、二挡驱动、空挡、一挡再生制动、二挡再生制动、倒车行驶、驻车制动七种状态。
