The invention provides a carbon fiber prepreg as well as a preparation method and application thereof in a fin structural member. The carbon fiber prepreg comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55-65% of carbon fiber cloth and 35-45% of an epoxy resin mixture, the epoxy resin mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of epoxy resin, 2.8 to 4.2 parts of titanium dioxide/carbon nanotube composite material, 0.01 to 0.05 part of silane coupling agent, 30 to 35 parts of curing agent and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of curing accelerator; the titanium dioxide/carbon nanotube composite material in the carbon fiber prepreg disclosed by the invention is good in dispersity, strong in binding force with epoxy resin and high in stability, and when the carbon fiber prepreg disclosed by the invention is used for preparing a fin structural member, the fin structural member can have excellent mechanical properties and is suitable for being used in a complex environment for a long time.

    本发明提供了一种碳纤维预浸料及其制备方法和在翼片结构件中的应用,所述碳纤维预浸料包括以下重量百分比的原料:碳纤维布55‑65%、环氧树脂混合物35‑45%;所述环氧树脂混合物包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂100份、二氧化钛/碳纳米管复合材料2.8‑4.2份、硅烷偶联剂0.01‑0.05份、固化剂30‑35份、固化促进剂0.5‑1.5份;本发明碳纤维预浸料中二氧化钛/碳纳米管复合材料分散性好,且与环氧树脂之间的结合力强,稳定性高,采用本发明碳纤维预浸料制备翼片结构件,可使翼片结构件具有优异的力学性能,且适用于在复杂环境中长期使用。
