The invention provides a control method of a cable stabilizing winch, which is realized through a winch control hydraulic system and comprises the following specific steps: (1) hoisting a heavy object by a crane, and connecting a cable stabilizing cable to the heavy object; (2) the cable stabilizing winch tightens the cable stabilizing mooring rope; (3) when the crane stops hoisting or descending the heavy object; (4) communicating the P end and the A end of the electromagnetic reversing valve; (5) the P end and the T end of the reversing valve are communicated; (6) supplying standby pressure to the oil inlet pipeline through an overflow valve and an electric proportional overflow valve; (7) when the oil pressure of the motor is smaller than the preset pressure of the overflow valve, the overflow valve cannot be opened by the pressure of the hydraulic oil; (8) the hydraulic oil in the motor cannot flow back to the oil tank through the overflow valve, and the motor stably stops acting; (9) when the oil pressure of the motor is larger than the preset pressure of the overflow valve, the overflow valve is opened; (10) reversely rotating the motor; and (11) the overflow valve supplies standby pressure to the hydraulic oil through the preset pressure, so that the motor can slowly and reversely rotate to descend the heavy object.

    本发明提供一种稳索绞车的控制方法,通过绞车控制液压系统实现,具体步骤包括:(1)吊机吊起重物,稳索缆绳连接在重物上;(2)稳索绞车收紧稳索缆绳;(3)当吊机停止起吊或下降重物时;(4)连通电磁换向阀的P端和A端;(5)换向阀的P端与T端连通;(6)通过溢流阀和电比例溢流阀给予进油管道一个备压;(7)当马达的油压小于溢流阀预先设定的压力时,液压油的压力无法打开溢流阀;(8)马达内的液压油无法经过溢流阀流回油箱,马达稳定停止动作;(9)当马达的油压大于溢流阀预先设定的压力时,溢流阀打开;(10)马达反转;(11)溢流阀通过预先设定的压力给予液压油备压,使得马达能够缓慢反转并将重物下降。
