The invention provides a vertical overturning method for a large-specification large-variable-diameter short shaft part, and belongs to the technical field of power generation and energy storage part machining.When the horizontally-arranged part is overturned to be vertical, the horizontally-arranged part is lifted and placed on an overturning lifting appliance; the overturning lifting appliance is lifted and overturned by 90 degrees, and the part is overturned to be vertical; when the vertically-arranged part is overturned by 180 degrees, the vertically-arranged part is lifted and placed on the overturning lifting appliance; the overturning lifting appliance is lifted and overturned by 90 degrees, and the part is overturned to be horizontal; hoisting the part, rotating the part by 180 degrees, and then placing the part on the turnover lifting appliance again; and the turnover lifting appliance is lifted and turned over by 90 degrees, and the part is turned over to be vertical. The turnover lifting appliance has the advantages that the two planes which are perpendicular to each other are used for providing torque needed when an object is fixed and turned over, so that the operation process is more stable and controlled.

    本发明提供了一种大规格大变径短轴类零件的立式翻转方法,属于发电储能零件加工技术领域,将卧式设置的所述零件翻转为立式时:起吊卧式设置的所述零件,将其放置在翻转吊具上;起吊并九十度翻转所述翻转吊具,将所述零件翻转为立式;将立式设置的所述零件翻转一百八十度时:起吊立式设置的所述零件,将其放置在所述翻转吊具上;起吊并九十度翻转所述翻转吊具,将所述零件翻转为卧式;起吊所述零件将其转动一百八十度后再次放置在所述翻转吊具上;起吊并九十度翻转所述翻转吊具,将所述零件翻转为立式。优点在于:翻转吊具利用两个相互垂直的平面提供固定和翻转物体时所需的力矩,使操作过程更加平稳和控制。
