The invention discloses an automatic installation operation system for a large-diameter high-strength steel pipe of a deep shaft, which comprises hoisting equipment, a hoisting balance beam, an operation platform locking beam and an operation platform which are connected in sequence, and the bottom of the hoisting balance beam is connected with a to-be-installed steel pipe through an automatic unhooking mechanism and a first steel wire rope; the bottom of the hoisting balance beam is detachably connected with an automatic grabbing beam through a second steel wire rope; a beam body alignment mechanism and a grabbing mechanism which are matched with each other are arranged between the working platform locking beam and the automatic grabbing beam, the end of the working platform locking beam is telescopically connected with a locking mechanism, and the working platform comprises a seam pressing working plate and a welding working plate. According to the system, automatic alignment and grabbing of the working platform locking beam are achieved through the automatic grabbing beam, locking or unlocking of the working platform locking beam and the steel pipe is achieved through the cooperation of the automatic grabbing beam and the locking mechanism, then position control over the working platform is achieved, staggered joint adjustment and welding operation of the steel pipe are conducted through the working platform, and the working efficiency is improved. And the underground construction safety and the working efficiency are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于深竖井大直径高强度钢管的自动安装作业系统,包括依次连接的起重设备、吊装平衡梁、作业平台锁定梁和作业平台,吊装平衡梁底部通过自动脱钩机构和第一钢丝绳连接有待装钢管,吊装平衡梁底部通过第二钢丝绳可拆卸连接有自动抓梁;作业平台锁定梁与自动抓梁之间设置有相互适配的梁体对位机构和抓取机构,作业平台锁定梁的端部可伸缩地连接有锁定机构,作业平台包括压缝作业板和焊接作业板。本系统通过自动抓梁实现对作业平台锁定梁的自动对位和抓取,配合锁定机构实现作业平台锁定梁与钢管的锁定或解锁,进而实现对作业平台的位置控制,并通过作业平台进行钢管的错缝调整和焊接作业,大大提高了井下施工安全性和工作效率。
