The prerotation motor is arranged, motor prerotation and kinetic energy recovery are achieved through the storage battery and the power controller, and speed reduction of the rotor wings can be facilitated while rapid prerotation of the rotor wings of the rotorcraft is achieved.
本发明涉及一种再生制动式旋翼结构,旋翼盘转动设置在旋翼座上,还包括安装座、预旋电机、传动机构、离合器、蓄电池、功率控制器和预旋轴,所述安装座设置在旋翼座后侧,预旋电机设置在安装座后侧的外部,预旋电机通过连接并转动所述传动机构,传动机构上部设置离合器,离合器内套设预旋轴,预旋轴顶部与旋翼盘啮合;蓄电池电连接功率控制器,功率控制器电连接预旋电机,功率控制器控制预旋电机对蓄电池充电/用电。本发明通过设置预旋电机,并通过蓄电池和功率控制器实现的电机预旋及动能回收,在实现对旋翼机旋翼的快速预旋的同时,还可便于旋翼的减速。
