The invention belongs to the field of tool manufacturing and overhauling. Relates to a quick assembly method for an MBD-based three-dimensional digital-analog aircraft fixture. According to the method, an MBD three-dimensional digital model is used as a unique manufacturing and mounting standard, and spatial positions of a frame and a complex positioner of an aircraft fixture are converted to some spatial optical feature surfaces or spatial optical tool ball control points which are convenient to operate and measure at fixture joints; the space positions of the converted optical control points are adjusted, so that the purposes of simplifying the installation process of the aircraft fixture and improving the installation precision are achieved. Finally, a control point which is given by design and used for determining the spatial position of a tool component is used as a retest theoretical value, and the whole aircraft fixture can be checked. The laser tracker is used for replacing a traditional optical instrument, corresponding optical instrument observers can be omitted, operators are more simplified, the measurement precision can be improved to 0.0001 mm, and the horizontal and vertical precision of the aircraft fixture can be further improved.
